Off The Cuff is a local independent live music bar nestled under the railway arches in Herne Hill, which is facing a serious risk of closure. OTC regularly hosts free open-mic nights and jazz jam sessions, and has built a small but strong community around itself and its programming.
Bandathon is a free entry music fesitval held over two weekends to raise funds to save Off The Cuff. Over 150 artists - many of them local young people - played across two stages, including a busking tent. I was only able to be there for a couple of hours, but I enjoyed every second.
